Rider Blueprint Level 1 Mobility

Mobility is the foundation of all security in the saddle. Poor balance and pain are often mistaken among riders to be a lack of stability or strength when it is really a lack of mobility at key centres in the body. This course lays the foundation for later courses and immediately improves your balance and performance on and off the horse.
