Courses to improve your performance
Rider Blueprint
The Rider Blueprint is a 3-month training experience designed to take your safety, mobility, and strength in the saddle to new levels.
Rather than separate courses, you’ll move through one complete program, step-by-step:

Month 1: Mobility
This course provides everything you need to establish a solid foundation in your core and hips, improving your safety and strength in the saddle. It addresses common areas of pain and how to prevent them, preparing you for the next levels. It is designed to be completed in the barn or at home.

Month 2: Stability
This course introduces load-bearing work using the kettlebell to strengthen your fundamental patterns, enhance your stability, and increase your fitness in the saddle.

Month 3: Strength
This course introduces you to resistance training specific to equestrian disciplines, allowing you to develop the strength and stability needed to perform at your best on competition day. Additionally, you’ll learn how to nourish your body to achieve optimal performance.
Each phase builds on the last to help you create lasting change in how you move, ride, and feel in the saddle.
Enrollment opens only four times per year — and only to those on the waiting list.
Rider Performance
Back Pain Course

Back pain is common among riders, and this independent course offers specific solutions for the unique challenges of equestrian activities. Through a proven series of exercises, you will relieve pain and avoid more drastic interventions, restoring your comfort and safety while riding.
