Functional Cowboy Programme

Designed with busy western riders in mind.

We know that you work hard and don’t have much time to train. This programme will give you maximum results from minimum time input!

Just 4 x 20 minute sessions per week using basic equipment will mean you ride and look better than ever before.

The first part of the programme is kettlebell only, followed by TRX only, before combining both tools in the final month.

I’m Gus, a coach with over two decades of experience working with high-performance athletes. As the son of a horseman, I dedicate myself to understanding the human body to benefit both the rider and the horse.

From complete beginners to Olympians, my horse-centered approach focuses on injury prevention and performance enhancement, helping you reach your full potential while ensuring the well-being of your equine partner.
