With Gym (Blueprint): Designed for riders with access to a full gym. You’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, cable machines, and benches for maximum strength development. 4 days/week training.
No Gym (Rider Roadmap): Perfect for busy riders or those without gym access. Uses only kettlebells and TRX for highly efficient 20-minute sessions. 3 days/week training.
Yes! Both programmes are designed to deliver the same biomechanical benefits for riders. The difference is in the equipment and time commitment. Choose based on your access to a gym and your schedule—not the results you’ll achieve.

Completing your 12 weeks is just the beginning. You’ll have the opportunity to continue building on your foundation by enrolling in one of our Advanced Programmes — designed specifically for riders who have already put in the work.
Your app access remains active for the full duration of any programme you’re enrolled in, giving you access to your calendar, videos, and progress tracking throughout.
Our programmes are built around a minimum of three months because that’s the window in which the body genuinely rewires — real, lasting change takes time. If unexpected circumstances prevent you from training, we can pause your programme and pick it back up whenever you’re ready. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
